*Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales Final under federal or any state law. UNLESS product was damaged in transit by shipping company or you were sent a defective product. Item then has to be returned with all packaging. Once item has been returned to Healing vs Hurt , there will be a damage inspection process and you will be notified if you have been approved for a refund, exchange or No money back.
